Initial appointment will include review of Health History and Assessment.  Expect your first visit to be 30 minutes discussion and assessments with 30 minutes massage.  All new patients are required to have an initial appointment.

Patients will remain fully clothed, massage will be administered over the clothing for reducing stress,  assisting to diminish neck and shoulder tension.
